- Can I collect an order?
Yes you are welcome to collect an order. Please email us at chedburghplantcentre@gmail.com for an up to date product list. Collections MUST be at a pre-arranged date and time and cannot be on the day that you place your order. Please state collection on your email and we will get back to you with the next available collection slot.
- How can I pay?
We take cash, cheque and all major cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to take any payments over the phone, but we can give you our bank details for bank transfers.
- Can you take pre-orders for items not currently in stock/ready?
We are unable to take pre-orders at the moment. Please contact us again when the item is expected back in stock.
- Do you have compost?
We currently have a good supply of multi-purpose compost. There is no limit on the number of bags you can purchase.
- Do you have any bark?
Bark is currently available.
- How do I sign up to receive your newsletter?
We have established a new system to be able to email newsletters out to make it easy to communicate with customers about changes to product availability and deliveries etc. We are therefore creating a database of people interested and keen to receive a newsletter update from us.
